即使很多醫生說,在懷孕期間也需要多運動,

但是很多人還是常常"關心"地建議孕婦只能做緩和的運動,

如走路、爬樓梯。當然!這些都是好的運動,但梢嫌無聊。

除非你可以每一天都陪著孕婦走路或爬梯,否則敲敲地安靜你的嘴巴。

我喜歡帶著我肚中的北比,做更有趣的運動!

Even the doctor you have to do exercise during the pregnacy, 

Lots of people suggest you don't do this, don't do that.

Just WALK, or Just Climb the stairs.

Well, these are good.   If you never feel it boring, 

Remember to do these with your wife every single day.

If you couldn't shut up!

Durning my pregnacy, I like to do more interesting exercise.
